DJ controller vs Tables
Here I am just getting in a quick session, to shake off the 20 years of rust I have let accumulate. This was my first time using a dj controller, and I will be honest. I was not a fan of them before I ever even used one, I was a firm believer that the turntable was the only way one should dj. Yes I agree that was a bad call, but now I can see what I used to call “nipple twisting Dj’s” as a bad call. I actually love the convenience, simplicity, and more free time to really explore your creativity. I do love the 1200 Technics turn tables, and will always love the fundamentals in deejay. I started with a Pioneer DDJ SB-3 and tho its is simple, and small it has a kick of a beast. I was able to build my confidence, and now I am going to upgrade to a more professional controller. The dj scene has evolved and now you see a mass flood of djs around the world, making harder to stand out and really make your mark, because of the affordable DJ controllers, dream to become the next Tiesto, Steve Aoki, we see thousands of young kids reaching for their stardom.
